Fighting games may have the most hype music, but other video games may have more variety of genres or styles. Some examples of games with very good music are: Cyberpunk 2077, Persona Series, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Hades 1 and 2, the Pokemon Series and many more! These games have varying genres and styles with Cyberpunk, the Hades games, and Metal Gear being intense and Persona and Pokemon being relaxing for the most part. Although I will only be providing a link to Persona, I highly recommend giving them a listen as they are very good.
Persona games have a mixture of jazz and hip-hop, with the music fitting the general vibe of the game that it reperesents.

Very relaxing and hopeful soundtrack for most of the game, however some tracks can be somber and ominous when they need to be.
Despite its theme, Persona 5 uses a jazz soundtrack that makes you feel invigorated, cool, and stylish while playing it. Just and amazing soundtack overall.
Fighting games are one of my favorite genres of games, and a large part of why people like them is the hype music that plays while fighting. As players we are generally biased torwards our favorite games, and thus think the music of the games we like are the best. I am guilty of this because 2 games in the fighting game stand out to me: Guilty Gear Strive and Tekken 8. These also happen to be my favorite fighting games and also have my favorite music.
